Terms of Service

Welcome to The Love Circle (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in our relaxation experience events, including but not limited to campfire gatherings, flute music sessions, and Qigong martial arts practices, as well as any interactions with our business online or offline.

By registering for, attending, or participating in any Love Circle event or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or have explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian. By attending our events, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Services Provided

The Love Circle offers relaxation-based group experiences that may include: Guided meditation and mindfulness sessions | Campfire gatherings and group discussions | Live flute music experiences | Qigong and gentle movement practices

All services are intended for general wellness and relaxation purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional health advice.

3. Registration and Payment

Advance registration may be required for certain events | Payment must be completed prior to attendance unless otherwise stated | All pricing will be clearly communicated before purchase | You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 24–48 hours] of the event may not be eligible for a refund | No-shows are non-refundable | The Love Circle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events; in such cases, participants will be offered a reschedule option or refund

5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

By participating in Love Circle events, you acknowledge and agree that: You are voluntarily participating in activities that may involve physical movement, outdoor environments, and group interaction | You assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to minor injuries, discomfort, or environmental factors | You are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional prior to engaging in physical or wellness activities if you have any medical concerns

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Love Circle, its owners, facilitators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your participation.

6. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, all participants agree to: Treat others with respect and kindness | Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior | Follow all instructions provided by facilitators

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards without refund.

7. Media Release

By attending events, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. You grant The Love Circle the right to use your likeness unless you explicitly opt out in writing prior to the event.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and experiences provided by The Love Circle, including but not limited to guided practices, music, and branding, are the intellectual property of The Love Circle and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to how we collect and use your information as outlined in that policy.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which The Love Circle operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
